Chris Cogle, Technical Manager
Chris has been with the Chiptech Team now for just over a year and has continued to push forward and develop his knowledge of the products from every angle possible. His passion for the technology and the outcomes they achieve is undeniable and this commitment has greatly supported our customers and he is a great asset to the team. As a result of his unwavering passion for knowledge, to learn, develop and help others succeed, Chris has recently been promoted to Technical Manager and is now leading our Technical Support Team as it grows to support our increasing customer base. Chris keeps us cheery with his smile and baking, and adds heart and soul to our office!
Heather Peel, Technical Support Advisor
Heather has been with Chiptech since November 2020 and has played a key role in the day to day of the business ever since. Heather has been supporting our Operations and Finance Teams to ensure the efficient flow from order receipt to goods out. Over time, Heather has shown an interest and natural ability to understand problems and find solutions. Heather is now supporting Chris’ Technical Team to help customers with technical queries, training and testing. The knowledge she has absorbed over the past 2 years is invaluable and the positivity and character she brings to the office keeps us all smiling.

- Device Serial Number or CSID
- The time and date of the technical issue
- The issue faced
- How the issue presented itself e.g. what voice notification could you hear and what stage of the alarm was in place
